As the HR intern, you'll work closely with our HR Business Partner and be involved in the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.

🎯 What you'll do 

• Learn how AI and recruitment can work together

• Search for candidates on LinkedIn and in our database, aligned with our current and upcoming projects

• Take ownership of interview scheduling and follow-ups

• Do pre-selection calls with candidates

• Create a smooth, positive experience for every candidate you interact with

• Keep our candidate database clean, structured and ready to use

• Nurture relationships with candidates, even outside active processes

• Support employer branding initiatives (content, ideas, events…)

• Help prepare candidate CVs for client submissions

🤏 You're a step closer to joining our team if you 

• Are studying (Bachelor or Master) and can provide an internship agreement

• Have a first experience in HR, as a student or intern

• Are organized, proactive and like to take initiative

• Enjoy thinking creatively and bring fresh ideas

• Are good with people and put them at ease quickly

• Pay attention to detail

• Are curious about and interested in tech / AI

Practical Info 

• Languages: fluent in French and/or Dutch and in English

• Start date: November

• Duration: minimum 4 months

• Location: Brussels

• Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
