Machine Learning Engineer

We’re on the lookout for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our expanding AI & Data start-up.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, your mission would include:

• Translating business needs into technical ML requirements

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions in production

• Integrating models into client systems and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

• Building cloud-based ML pipelines following MLOps best practices

• Packaging, serving, and monitoring models in real-world environments

• Communicating insights and results to non-technical stakeholders to drive real client impact

You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:

Background

• You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production

• You have experience in client-facing role, especially in consulting companies

Technical Skills

• Solid expertise in AI/ML (experience with LLMs is a strong advantage)

• Proven track record in deploying models at scale

• Strong Python and SQL skills

• CI/CD, APIs, containerization, orchestration, and model serving

• Cloud experience (Azure is a plus)
  

Soft Skills

• You are able to work independently and take on projects from intake to delivery

• “Can do” attitude and hacker mentality

• Curious and always willing to improve

• Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical people

• Languages: Fluent in English. French or Dutch Native.
