You’ll also dive into the world of AI and data: two fields that are reshaping the job market. Getting exposure to these profiles early on gives you a real edge if you want to grow in recruitment.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR Business Partner and be involved in the full recruitment process.

🎯What you’ll do

• Search for candidates on LinkedIn and in our database, aligned with our (future) projects

• Take ownership of interview scheduling and follow-ups

• Create a smooth and positive experience for every candidate you interact with

• Use creativity, empathy and persuasion in your communication

• Keep our candidate database clean, structured and ready to use

• Nurture relationships with candidates

• Join screening calls and observe interviews

• Support employer branding initiatives (content, ideas, events…)

• Help prepare CVs for client submissions

🤏You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:

• You’re studying (Bachelor or Master) and can provide an internship agreement

• You’ve had a first experience (internship/student job) — nice to have, not a must

• You’re organized, proactive and like to take initiative

• You’re creative and enjoy thinking differently

• You’re good with people and make them feel comfortable quickly

• You like talking and connecting with people

• You pay attention to details

• You’re curious and interested in tech / AI

Practical Info

• Languages: fluent in English + French or Dutch

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: minimum 4 months

• Hybrid: 2 days working from home
